Shipping & Delivery Policy

We deliver our products across India (Pan India).

Personalized / Customized Orders
Personalized orders are generally shipped within 2–3 business days and delivered within approximately 3–5 business days.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, courier service, weather conditions, holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking Details
Once your order has been shipped, the tracking details will be emailed to you within 24 hours of dispatch.

Unserviceable PIN Codes
If your PIN code is found to be unserviceable by our available courier partners, we will contact you and try to find the best possible way to deliver your order.

If delivery is still not possible, the order will be cancelled and the applicable refund will be processed.

Important Note
As our products are customized and personalized specifically for each customer, cancellation, return, or refund is generally not available once the order has been processed, except as specified in our Refund & Replacement Policy.
