All personalized and customized products are prepared specifically according to the customer's requirements, including names, photographs, logos, text, designs, sizes, colors, and other specifications provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the information, spelling, photographs, logos, and other details provided at the time of ordering are accurate.

3. Product Images & Representation

We make reasonable efforts to display product images, colors, designs, and specifications accurately. However, minor variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, printing/engraving processes, raw materials, or manufacturing conditions.

4. Intellectual Property

All website content, including photographs, graphics, designs, logos, text, product descriptions, and other original material, is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

No content from this website may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, published, or commercially used without prior written permission.

6. Orders & Payments

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or modify an order where necessary due to pricing errors, technical issues, product availability, payment issues, or other legitimate business reasons.

7. Delivery

We deliver across India. Personalized/customized orders are generally shipped within 2–3 business days and delivered within approximately 3–5 business days. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination and circumstances beyond our control.

8. Refund & Replacement

As our products are customized specifically for individual customers, returns and refunds are generally not accepted.

Replacement is available only in case of damage or breakage during transit, subject to the conditions mentioned in our Refund & Replacement Policy. A continuous, unedited unboxing/opening video must be provided within 6 hours of receipt of the order for a damage/breakage claim.

9. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for delays, losses, or circumstances arising from events beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, natural disasters, strikes, technical failures, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
